Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Start your return through our returns portal: https://glasswareuk.loopreturns.com. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty, damaged or wrong.

Your legal right to cancel. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason, including sale items, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This doesn’t affect your other statutory rights.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@glasswareuk.co.uk with photos. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you, including any postage.

Items we can’t take back. Personalised or engraved items (unless faulty or damaged) and gift cards.

Refunds. Once your return is received and checked we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges. The quickest way to swap an item is to return it through our returns portal and place a new order.
